Job Description General Definition of Work The Exceptional Children Coordinating Teacher, under moderate supervision, performs instructional work with limited decision-making discretion supporting Exceptional Children (EC) programming in schools and with relevant outside agencies. Position coordinates, plans, and assists with instructional programs, providing support for all schools regarding compliance and maintaining an effective special education program consistent with state and federal guidelines, and related work. Employee performs district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of assigned leader.
