Job Description General Definition of Work The Central Office Career Development Coordinator (CDC CO), under intermittent supervision, performs intermediate-level work with limited decision-making discretion supporting the career and technical education (CTE) department and providing and coordinating career development services for students in grades 5-12 at the district level. The position works collaboratively with the NCDPI, central office CTE administrators and central office CTE coordinators, student services personnel, and teachers to ensure the delivery of career development services. Responsible for facilitating linkages with parents, business/industry, postsecondary institutions, and community organizations to support students' transition to post-secondary education and employment.
