Job Description General Definition of Work The Assistant Superintendent of School Performance, under minimal supervision, performs senior level work with extensive decision-making discretion overseeing principals in assigned area (elementary, middle, or high school) to resolve school-based concerns and problems. This position is responsible for assisting principals and teachers in striving for maximum student achievement. Employee performs highly advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to a wide variety of programs and activities in School Performance under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent.
