Job Description The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) seeks a visionary, social-justice-oriented leader to guide all instructional efforts for the Department of Youth Services (DYS) Education Initiative. This Director will strategically drive multi-year efforts across Massachusetts to strengthen real-world and relevant learning experiences that prepare middle-school to post-secondary-aged justice-involved youth for social and economic mobility. We require a leader dedicated to and experienced in advancing student-centered learning, cultural responsiveness, and systemic innovation to improve educational outcomes.
