Job Description Shaw High School Marching Band Director East Cleveland City Schools Position Overview The Marching Band Director is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Shaw High School Marching Band program. This role includes musical instruction, performance preparation, student leadership development, and coordination of band activities that support school spirit and community engagement.
