Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION: Dean of School Culture LOCATION: Richmond Heights Elementary School TIMELINE: 220 days 2026-2027 School Year Overview The Richmond Heights Elementary School has a student population of approximately 400 students. The building currently has one administrator which is the building principal. The school recently added a third kindergarten classroom due to increased enrollment. The school has also placed some of these kindergarten students in half-day situations to help manage the school culture and climate.
