Job Description Principal Qualifications: A master's degree with a major in educational administration. A valid state certificate as superintendent/principal. At least five years' experience in public education. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable. Reports to: Superintendent or Superintendent's Designee Job Goal: To use leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of each student.
