Job Description TITLE: ASSISTANT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL JOB STATUS: FLSA EXEMPT REPORTS TO: ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL DEPARTMENT: ACADEMICS AND STUDENT LEARNING POSITION SUMMARY: To work in close harmony and under the direction of the Elementary School Principal in assisting him/her in promoting the maximum educational development of each elementary school student. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Elementary Administration Minimum of three years teaching - preferably at Elementary level Current Ohio certification in Elementary Administration ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Staff Personnel Assists in screening, interviewing, and recommending employment and contractual status of staff.
