Job Description Everett High School Educational Team Leader DEFINITION: The Educational Team Leader shall be that employee member of the Everett Public Schools designated by the Superintendent of Schools to ensure that special education students are given every opportunity to be educated within the mainstream and adhere to the intent and timelines of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
