Job Description POSITION GOAL To primarily use Building Information Modeling (BIM) Revit software, or AutoCAD software, when necessary, to generate Florida Inventory of School Houses (FISH) related drawings pertaining to Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) and administrative facilities. Organize and maintain FISH data for BCPS facilities as required by the State of Florida. Manage BCPS administrative facilities and ensure the optimum utilization of administrative spaces contained within the facilities are consistent with the BCPS Administrative Space Utilization Standards and Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) office standards. Process applications for the location of BCPS personnel into administrative offices/cubicles by using BIM Revit, or AutoCAD, when necessary, to conduct spatial analysis and planning for such location.
