Job Description Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree with certification in mental health counseling, social work, or related field. Four (4) years of progressively responsible and knowledgeable experience that includes management or supervision of mental/behavioral health professionals and/or programs. Valid Florida certification to practice as a school counselor, social worker, or psychologist. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar industry license(s). Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications.
