Job Description JOB TITLE: MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB With minimal supervision, leads and manages teachers and students to promote educational growth and achievement; oversees daily school operations and supervises staff, ensuring compliance with district policies and goals. Reports to the Superintendent. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provides leadership and management of the assigned middle school, including all instructional and administrative programs and activities. Supervises all professional and classified staff members; assigns workloads and establishes work schedules; directs and supervises duties of assigned staff.
