Job Description Technology Assistant/Help Desk Technician Administration Reports To: Director of Technology Salary: Starting at Pay Grade 6, Step 1, $20.93/hour Schedule : 8 hours per day (8:00am - 4:30pm), 52 weeks per year Job Summary: The Technology Assistant/Help Desk Technician works with the Director of Technology to coordinate activities related to accomplishing the goals of the department and the district. This position also works with the Manager of End User Services to support district staff with technology needs via the help desk.
