Job Description TITLE: Director of Facilities TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time (1.0), anticipated start 10/5/25026; salary commensurate with experience (salary range $130,000-$150,000) LOCATION: District, Hopkinton, Massachusetts AREA OF CONSIDERATION: All qualified candidates The Director of Facilities provides leadership for maintenance, capital planning, custodial services and construction across all buildings, grounds, and installations, and the activities of related staff, to determine that high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and security are maintained. The Director supports ongoing and future school construction projects, prepares annual operating and capital budgets, advocates for their approval and operates the Department within such established budgets.
