Job Description POSITION: Auditorium Technical Director Hubbard Schools 2025-2026 School Year DESCRIPTION: The Auditorium Manager oversees all sound (Midas), lighting (Hedgehog), and stage operations for school plays, concerts, assemblies, and community events. This position ensures smooth technical production and a safe, professional environment for students and staff using the auditorium. HOURS: As scheduled; includes evenings/weekends for events. RESPONSIBILITIES : Operate and maintain lighting, sound, and projection systems for school and community events. Support K12 plays, concerts, and ceremonies with setup, programming, and live operation. Train and supervise students and staff in proper equipment use and safety. Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate repairs or upgrades. Collaborate with music, drama, and administrative staff to plan and execute performances.
