Job Description Independence Local Schools Supplemental Position Drama Club Director (Grades 5-6) 2026-2027 School Year Position Summary: The Drama Club Director will lead and direct the 5th- and 6th-grade Drama Club, fostering students' creativity, confidence, and collaboration through the production of a musical performance. This position involves running rehearsals and coordinating with the PTO and parent volunteers. Responsibilities: Conduct rehearsals twice a week after school (2 hours each) and supervise students, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Direct students in acting, movement, voice, and stage presence while providing feedback and encouragement to foster skill development and teamwork.
