Job Description Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District is seeking a collaborative, innovative and organized individual for our Benefits Specialist position. This position is responsible for benefits administration, managing employee leaves, workers compensation administration and a variety of other functions for the human resources department. This position works in collaboration with our Human Resources and Business Office team to continuously improve our systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
