Job Description POSITION PURPOSE : To conduct the planned activities and oversight of the athletic study hall program so that it is a safe and enriching environment for the participants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Adhere to the Before and After School Child Care Quality Standards. Directly supervise or facilitate activities or areas to provide appropriate experiences for students. Set and maintain appropriate standards for student behavior using non-punitive methods, which teach self-discipline while supporting student self-esteem. Provide direct supervision of work areas and student activities to ensure safety and quality. Assist in procuring equipment and clean-up of supplies for planned activities.
