Job Description Position Summary: The Associate Director of College Counseling reports to the Co-Directors of College Counseling and assists with the daily operation of the college counseling program at Tabor Academy, including programs to assist and educate students and their families about the college search and application process, developing relationships with colleges and universities, and the creation and submission of school materials in support of the college application. The person who assumes this role must maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and be an excellent representative to our students, families, and the community. As a residential school, Tabor considers the work of faculty broadly, and we engage with students both during and beyond the academic day.
