Job Description Position Goal: To provide management of all custodial, maintenance, and facility operations within annual budget appropriations to support the needs and goal of the school district. Supervises: Custodial staff, maintenance staff and facilities administrative assistant. Key Responsibilities: Establishes and administers schedules and procedures for the custodial & maintenance care of all school buildings and facilities (including grounds) for the Medford Public Schools. Inspects the quality of work performed to ensure it ?meets maintenance & custodial standards. Oversees compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and policies, including areas of construction, health, sanitation, safety, and environmental conditions.
