Job Description Overview: The New Albany-Plain Local School District is seeking a dynamic High School Assistant Principal who will work collaboratively with the district and high school administrative teams, staff, students, families, and the community to support the district purpose statement of "creating a culture of accountability that achieves the best academic and developmental outcomes for each student." The Assistant Principal will demonstrate the skill, expertise and leadership needed to sustain, organize, advance and administer a quality academic program that provides students the opportunity to grow academically and emotionally in a positive atmosphere that fosters leadership, service and global competence.
