Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: SECEP is looking for a full-time Education Specialist. The education specialist reports directly to the principal. This position is responsible for assisting the principal with supervision of teachers and classroom staff by providing the principal with supervisory feedback on the performance of teachers and other classroom staff aligned to each position's appraisal standards. This position is responsible for providing instructional leadership, academic supports, and behavioral supports to the classroom staff and students assigned by the principal. Additionally, duties of this position include working with families, community agencies, public school personnel, and implementing reintegration opportunities for students.
