Job Description Early Literacy Success Coordinator Reports To: Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction Work Year: 260 days Salary Range: $125,000-$145,000 OVERVIEW To serve as the instructional architect of the district's Early Literacy MTSS framework, ensuring that 100% of students reach grade-level reading proficiency by the end of Grade 3 through evidence-based Tier 1 instruction and precision intervention. RESPONSIBILITIES Systemic Leadership & Vision Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee a 3-5 year Early Literacy Success Plan aligned with the District Improvement Plan (DIP). MTSS Governance: Lead the District MTSS Leadership and Reading Teams to ensure a shared vision of literacy success across all elementary buildings.
