Job Description TITLE OF POSITION: Director of Human Resources LOCATION: Nauset Public Schools DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT OF POSITION: As a member of the Superintendent's leadership team, the Director of Human Resources will provide dynamic, responsive, collaborative, and forward-thinking leadership to lead all aspects of the human resources function in support of fostering a positive work culture and diverse workforce. The Director will act as an advisor to the Superintendent on all matters related to human resources, including contract administration, staffing, legal compliance, policy administration, and employee relations. The Director will also manage human resources data across a variety of platforms in support of districtwide operations, including payroll and salary budget administration and public records requests.
