Job Description Title Code: Area Manager: Maintenance Warehouse JOB SUMMARY Oversees and directs all warehouse operations supporting maintenance activities, with a primary focus on customer service, budget management, strategic sourcing, and inventory accuracy. Ensures timely availability of parts and materials through effective coordination with internal teams and vendors. Serves as an expert-level Computerized Maintenance Management System user to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Maintains clear accountability for resource utilization, operational reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
