Job Description TITLE : School Nutrition Director FLSA: Exempt Administrative QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in food/nutrition/business or similar preferred. Three years of experience with commercial food preparation preferred. Two years of leadership experience preferred. Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills. REPORTS TO : Superintendent MAJOR POLICY RESPONSIBILITY: The School Nutrition Director is accountable for the administration of the SNP fiscal budget; food, supply, and equipment procurement; safety and sanitation standards according to HACCP; personnel, supervision, and menu planning for all food service programs. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates school nutrition program with all educational functions of the school district.
