Job Description The Director of Student Services provides district-wide leadership and oversight of comprehensive student support systems serving more than 1,900 students in grades PreK-12. This position supervises Student Services personnel, including Social Workers, School Counselors, English Language Learner (ELL) staff, School Nurses, McKinney-Vento staff, and related support roles. The Director is responsible for department budgeting, professional development, grant writing and management, regulatory compliance, program development, data-driven decision-making, and oversight of student enrollment processes across PreK-12.
