Job Description District Family Engagement Coordinator JOB GOAL: To ensure effective involvement of families to support a partnership among the schools, parents and the community; To improve student academic achievement to build families' capacity for becoming involved in improving their child's academic achievement; To encourage families to be actively involved in their child's education at school, and To be full partners in their child's education to explain parental choices and ensure families have information to make well-informed decisions for their children.
