Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : Under the Board of Education Police Department, Chief of Police, the Major of Professional Standards and Accreditation is tasked with overseeing internal affairs investigations and managing the accreditation process to ensure compliance with state and CALEA (Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies) standards.
