In this position, you will design and teach engaging ceramics lessons for campers ages 4-15, introducing them to hand-building techniques, clay basics, and creative expression in a fun, inclusive, and age-appropriate environment. You will lead 35-minute periods with small groups of campers, guiding them through hands-on projects while encouraging imagination, patience, and confidence. With the support of 1-3 counselors, you'll help manage groups, maintain a safe and organized studio space, and care for ceramics tools and materials.
