Job Description Our Boating Instructor will create and teach curriculum for children, aged from 4 to 15, on the beautiful 350 acre Lake Massapoag. Our Boating Instructor will be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of boating while keeping it fun, diverse, and age-appropriate. You will be responsible for running 35-minute activity periods for groups of around 15 children at a time, assisted by 1 or 2 of their counselors.
