Job Description Fay School seeks an innovative, collaborative, and experienced educator/administrator to serve as Dean of Academic Excellence, a position that will commence on July 1, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month position that offers 50% tuition remission, in addition to a generous benefits package. Campus housing is available. The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum & instruction, or related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience and prior leadership or administrative experience is preferred.
