Job Description ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL 214 DAYS STRUTHERS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Qualifications: 1) Must have master's degree in educational administration and a valid Ohio Elementary School Principal certificate/license. 2) Previous elementary teaching and/or administrative experience preferred. 3) Child-centered decision maker, with a comprehensive view of education, a working knowledge of elementary curriculum and instruction, and a commitment to the development of all children. 4) Strong academic leadership skills, planning/organizational ability, and initiative. 5) Assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operations of K-4 comprehensive elementary school, including but not limited to curricular and extracurricular activities before, during and after school. 6) Proven leadership qualities, professional ethics, and good character....
