Job Description Project Manager Capital Projects Position Purpose Under the supervision of the Director of Construction, the Project Manager oversees capital construction and renovation projects for the district. Responsibilities include developing scopes of work, managing budgets and schedules, soliciting bids, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects comply with North Carolina public school capital project requirements and Board of Education policies.
