Job Description Summary: Wakefield Public Schools seeks a highly qualified Elementary Special Education Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Wakefield has four elementary schools: two larger schools with approximately 450 students each and two smaller schools with approximately 220 students each. Working alongside another Elementary Special Education Coordinator, the person in this position will monitor compliance with special education processes, supervise and support specialized programming, and evaluate personnel. In addition, this position will play a key role in curriculum development and implementation, ensuring high-quality, standards-aligned instruction across special education programs.
