Job Description Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Educational Leadership, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field. Six years of professional experience in grant writing, administration, or financial compliance. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree from an accredited institution in Educational Leadership, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience with federal grant programs such as ESSA, IDEA, Title I, CARES/ARP. Experience effectively leading the work of others by providing guidance and motivation while establishing goals and expectations of accountability.
