Job Description JOB TITLE: Elementary Principal IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Superintendent GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Division Superintendent, the Elementary Principal serves as the school's primary instructional leader and is responsible for the administration and supervision of the elementary school and its programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops and maintains an effective educational program consistent with state and federal guidelines and the mission, vision and strategic plan of the Henry County School Board.
