Job Description Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Early Childhood Learning Center Programs and complimentary grants. Must have a thorough working knowledge of all relevant guidelines and regulations consistent with providing comprehensive pre-school services to families with young children. Has the primary responsibility for the overall operation of the ECLC Programs and the supervision of all staff. Ensures compliance with all tribal, local, state and federal guidelines.
