Job Description The Lead Teacher will oversee/supervise/coach the teachers within the program. It is expected that the Lead Teacher will model trauma informed practices, while setting clear and consistent boundaries across all learning environments. The Lead Teacher will offer regular and consistent feedback to teachers in the program. The teachers are responsible for providing high quality and effective instruction for students. The teacher's primary responsibilities are 1) student learning and 2) engaging in collaborative problem solving with others to support students' therapeutic success and meet their educational goals.
