Job Description Staffing & Alternative Licensure Specialist Job Description Purpose: Responsible for ensuring employment of qualified certified and non-certified staff. Facilitates the alternative licensure processes and procedures to non-certified staff and stays up-to-date on all alternative licensure pathways available. Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition Primary Job Responsibilities: Recruitment: Posts staff vacancies in applicant tracking system. Maintains communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. Conducts employment verifications for those recommended for hire. Reviews background checks, drug screenings and medical results to ensure compliance with policy. Completes and sends offer letters to new staff members. Monitors progress of each new staff member throughout the onboarding process. Follows up with new hires as needed to ensure timely completion of the pre-hire documentation process....
