Job Description Executive Director of Human Resources Delaware City School District Salary Scale: Administrative ADS 2A or 2E depending on education level Salary Range: $118,424.80 to $133,330.60 depending on education and experience Bargaining Unit: Exempt 260 Day Work Calendar (Work calendar will be pro-rated for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.)
