Job Description Reports To: Superintendent of Schools The Middle School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the school, fostering a safe, positive, and student-centered learning environment. The Principal provides leadership in curriculum, instruction, staff development, student achievement, school safety, and community engagement while ensuring compliance with Board policies, district procedures, and New York State regulations.
