Job Description Head Start Early Childhood Services Director / Education & Disabilities Manager - Full Time Contracted 260 days / annually Salary: Commensurate with experience & education Position Summary: The ECSD serves as the lead manager of the education and disabilities programmatic areas of the Head Start program. The ECSD is a part of the Head Start administrative team. The ECSD supervises the education team and is the primary liaison with LEAs and ESCs for disability services. Qualifications & Requirements: Per the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a closely related field* with at least 4 courses of ECE concentration) is required. Per the Ohio Department of Children and Youth, preschool licensing requirements, a PreK licensure in accordance with 3319.22 ORC which includes a Resident Educator license or a 5-year educator...

Job Description Applicants must have knowledge of and experience with preschool-aged children and hold a high school diploma or GED.
