Job Description BASIC FUNCTION To direct and manage the Vermont State University Upward Bound Program, which offers programs and services intended to help low income students do better in high school and go on to college. Job Description The Lead Teacher will oversee/supervise/coach the teachers within the program. It is expected that the Lead Teacher will model trauma informed practices, while setting clear and consistent boundaries across all learning environments.
