Job Description Lyndon Institute is seeking to hire a College & Career Counselor for our Career and Technical Education program. This position will report directly to the Director of CTE, will be full time working 11-months per year, and will be eligible for all benefits including vacation, PTO, medical, dental, vision, life/disability, and retirement plan. Job Description BASIC FUNCTION To direct and manage the Vermont State University Upward Bound Program, which offers programs and services intended to help low income students do better in high school and go on to college. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, administer, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the various specific activities, functions and services of the Upward Bound Program, including operating policies and procedures.
