Job Description As a Catholic high school, it is the mission of St. Paul VI Catholic High School to provide an environment in which students and teachers are able to develop their God-given gifts and talents. The Advancement Support Specialist is an open-minded collaborator who seeks to find ways to continue the excellence at PVI, witnesses Gospel values, and supports the operational vitality of St. Paul VI Catholic High School. The Advancement Support Specialist assists with all aspects of Advancement events, including planning, organizing, on-site services, vendor/supplier coordination and event delivery. The role works with the Associate Director of Advancement and the Director of Advancement to create relevant invitation lists, publish event messaging and manage the RSVP process.
