Job Description JOB SUMMARY The School Improvement and Academic Specialist will serve within the Community Schools Center, providing leadership, technical assistance, and strategic guidance to ensure that schools sponsored by ESCLEW demonstrate continuous academic growth and achievement. This role involves collaborating with a team to research, develop, implement, and monitor initiatives aligned with federal, state, and organizational requirements. The specialist will also support the design and execution of targeted interventions to advance academic outcomes and ensure compliance with all applicable mandates and goals across sponsored schools. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in education (master's degree preferred) ODE license; ODE administrative license preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in education Administrative experience preferred Knowledge of ODE processes, protocols, and rules regarding school curriculum, instruction, testing, grants, etc....
