The Manager of Human Resources position is established to supervise, direct, and evaluate the operations and staff of the Human Resources Department; to oversee the district's recruitment, all Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), compensation, benefits, and compliance functions; and to provide reliable reporting and recommendations to leadership while developing executive competencies for progression toward the Director role.
