Job Description POSITION TITLE: Director of Human Resources REPORTS TO: Superintendent Supervises: Human Resources Manager/Assistants TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 months EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED: • Master's degree in education administration, advanced degree preferred. • A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a principal DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plans, develops, coordinates and evaluates the operation of the Human Resource Services Department. Provides advice, support and assistance by interpreting policies and procedures and by counseling the superintendent, directors, officers, employees and other government agencies on employment, record keeping, retirement, grievance and other personnel matters and procedures.
