Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Parent and Family Engagement Coordinator FLSA Status : Exempt Days of Work : 220 GENERAL SUMMARY The Parent and Family Engagement Coordinator works collaboratively with school staff, families, and community organizations to build and sustain effective partnerships that support student achievement. The coordinator ensures compliance with federal Title I parent and family engagement requirements and promotes active parent involvement in school programs and activities.
